Directions
DIRECTIONS: Shake well before each use. Refrigerate after opening. Best if used within 45 days from opening.
USE: 2 tablespoons (30ml or 1 oz) daily with meal. Mix with favorite fruit or vegetable juice. Do not take on an empty stomach. Add 1/2 oz to 16 oz bottle water to replace electrolytes while exercising.
